🎯 Purpose: Create a virtuous circle between the use of the Plug'Heur terminal and consumption in the center's stores.

💡 Concept: Set up exclusive discounts or special offers reserved for customers who borrow a Plug'Heur battery. For example:

  • 10% discount in some shops/restaurants upon presentation of the battery.
  • A free coffee for any purchase in a partner brand.

👉 Concretely: During the first loan, the user automatically receives a SMS with a promo code to be presented in a partner brand (café, restaurant, shop, etc.).

✅ Advantages:

  • Double incentive : at the same time to borrow a battery and to be consumed in the center.
  • Seamless customer experience thanks to the automated sending of the code directly after borrowing.
  • Valorization of partner brands, which benefit from qualified and measurable traffic.
  • Easy to communicate via display in the terminal, signage in the center, and social networks.

2. “Charge & Win” contest

🎯 Purpose: Create a strong moment to promote the service and increase borrowing over a short period of time.

💡 Concept: For a week or a weekend, each Plug'Heur battery loan gives access to a automatic participation in a draw.

  • Possible grants: center gift card, shopping vouchers, connected objects, ecological goodies, etc.
  • Variant: QR code on the terminal to validate participation in the game.

📣 Communication:

  • Display on the terminal, in the alleys of the center and in the signs.
  • Relay on the center's social networks.

✅ Advantages:

  • Easy to implement, “gamification” effect.
  • Increase the visibility of the service and encourage testing.
  • Allows you to retrieve emails for other campaigns (if desired).

3. Social media competition: “Selfie with the terminal”

🎯 Purpose: Generate organic visibility and reinforce the virality around the service.

💡 Concept:
Visitors are invited to share a creative photo with a Plug'Heur battery on Instagram or Facebook, with a dedicated hashtag (ex: #CentreCommercialX or #PlugHeurCentreX).
