Plug'heur FAQ: charging stations for phones
We answer your questions about our terminals
Where to install the Plug'Heur terminal in a gym?
Generally at the reception, near the bar/relaxation area, or in a passage area (where members wait). We recommend the ideal location according to your flow and the configuration of the club.
What happens if a member doesn't return the battery?
It is rare and expected: each loan is traced (depending on configuration and consent). Automatic reminders are sent and, if necessary, a return of personalized batteries will be delivered to you. As a result, your team has nothing to manage.
Who to contact in case of problems?
You have a dedicated Plug'Heur contact. Our support intervenes remotely and, if necessary, triggers an action on site.
Do you deliver everywhere in Europe?
Yes. We deliver and operate throughout Europe.
How is user data managed (RGPD)?
Data is collected only with explicit consent (opt-in) via the unlocking interface. They are strictly supervised, used only for the purposes announced, and stored securely. Each user can exercise their rights (access, deletion, etc.) in accordance with the RGPD.
Do you also equip places other than events?
Yes. Plug'Heur also equips gyms, malls, Retail and other high-traffic locations. Tell us your sector via the form, and we will recommend the most suitable solution.
How does the Plug'Heur solution work?
Visitors borrow a self-service battery in a few seconds, charge their phone while on the go, then return it to the terminal.
Who takes care of assembly and dismantling?
Plug'Heur takes care of the assembly and dismantling of the terminals (depending on the format of the event). We coordinate logistics with your team or the technical service provider for a simple and fast installation.
What happens if people don't return the battery?
It is rare and is expected. Each loan is traced (consent/identification depending on configuration) and we apply a simple refund policy: automatic reminders and, if necessary, billing for non-return via the payment method used. The result: your team has nothing to manage and the service remains fluid throughout the event.
