Start a Plug'Heur feedback campaign

Do you want to survey Plug'Heur service users about a theme specific to your establishment? Nothing could be easier!

1. Go to the dashboard accessible via This link and click on the tab Feedback.

2. Then click on the button”Add a question”

3. Please fill in the required question. Pre-defined questions are available to make your experience smoother. Then define the different answers (three answers max) and click the” buttonfollowing”

4. Select the period of your campaign by selecting the start date as well as the end date.

5. Define where the campaign will be broadcast then click on”Validate my campaign”.

6. That's it, all you have to do is log in from time to time to analyze the feedback collected.

7. Click on theicon Export button at the bottom right of each feedback to download the feedback of each user in .csv.
