Exporting your Plug'Heur database

Do you collect customer data with Plug'Heur thanks to the opt-in (100% RGPD friendly) and do you want to use it? Follow the steps below to extract all the data that's most interesting to you.

1. Go to the dashboard accessible via This link and click on the tab”Opt-In Harvested”.

2. Then click on the download icon on the right. This will create a CSV file with all the data collected.

3. If you wish, you can also sort the data according to the desired period by entering the start date as well as the end date.

4. Then import this.csv into your database to then create email campaigns or SMS messages.
