Always looking for innovations to improve the customer experience, the center recently installed the solution Plug'Heur self-service portable batteries, allowing visitors to recharge their phones at any time during their trip.

1. What motivated you to install a Plug'Heur terminal in your shopping center?
“Our aim is to continuously develop the services we offer to our visitors. The Plug'Heur terminal is part of this approach: it provides a modern and useful solution to a concrete need, that of being able to recharge your phone easily during your visit. We seek to enrich the experience of our customers, and this type of innovative service contributes directly to this objective.”
2. What feedback have you received from visitors since it was put into operation?
“The feedback has been very positive. Our hostesses regularly report to us that customers appreciate the provision of this service, and the opinions shared on the Plug'Heur platform confirm this satisfaction. The use is real and daily: the number of loans recorded shows that the terminal meets a frequent and well-identified need.”
3. How does the Plug'Heur terminal contribute to improving the customer experience within the center?
“Above all, it meets a practical need. Today, everyone uses their smartphone and it often happens that the battery runs out in the middle of a visit. Offering the possibility of recharging your phone directly improves the comfort of our customers. Beyond the practical aspect, the terminal introduces a visible and fun digital dimension, which stimulates the visit and contributes to promoting the modern image of the center.”
4. Were installation and daily use simple?
“Yes, absolutely. The technical implementation was quick and without any particular complexity. The support of the Plug'Heur teams was also a real strength: we benefited from responsive monitoring and great availability, which made the entire deployment smooth and efficient. We are very satisfied with the quality of the business relationship and the support provided.”
5. How do you use the Plug'Heur terminal in your marketing or communication strategy?
“The terminal is an interesting tool to go beyond the simple service provided. It allows us to generate opt-in contacts, which we will be able to mobilize for targeted communication campaigns. In fact, we will soon be testing SMS sending in order to set up drive-to-store actions and to further animate the relationship with our visitors.”
