Chez Plug'Heur, our commitment does not end with the performance of our products: it also concerns their End of life.
When a Plug'Heur battery reaches the end of its life or no longer works, it must be recycled via a specialized network.

🤝 Plug'Heur & Batribox: a concrete commitment

Plugheur is Batribox member, the French eco-organization specialized in battery collection and recycling.
👉 This membership involves a annual membership fee from us, in order to ensure that your batteries are recycled in accordance with environmental standards.

As a Plugheur customer, So you already benefit from this recycling channel, at no additional cost.

📍 What we ask you to do: choose Batribox collection points

When your battery is out of use, we invite you to drop it off directly at a Batribox collection point, rather than sending it back to us by parcel.

🌍 Why is this approach more ecological?

If a battery is returned to Plug'Heur:

  1. It is transported to our premises

  2. Then then sent back to Batribox to be recycled

➡️ This represents two useless trips, so more CO₂ emissions.

By dropping your battery directly into a Batribox point:
✅ You Reduce transport
✅ You limit the environmental impact
✅ You actively participate in a responsible approach

📦 Where do you drop off your battery?

Go directly to the Batribox website by clicking on the following link: https://www.batribox.fr/points-de-collecte/ you will find the nearest collection point!

What if I really can't get around?

We know that it can be complicated at times.
👉 If you are not able to drop off your battery at a collection point, we simply invite you to contact us or to return the batteries to the following address:
