Who takes care of maintenance?
We take care of the maintenance of the machines. From our dashboard, we can remotely manage the phone charging stations of all our customers and trigger interventions when a problem arises.
What is our economic model (pricing etc.)?
Our economic model is based on rentals. The prices depend on the type of telephone charging stations you want but also on the degree of personalization.
Can I customize the Plug'Heur solution?
Yes, and that is even the best advantage of our solution! We personalize the entire phone charging service to your image (web app, battery, station, etc.).
